(The Hands of a Warrior)
Hi there! My name’s Jillian and people call me The Ultimate Badass Warrior for a number of reasons. I’ve overcome tremendous obstacles in my life while growing up, including rape, homelessness, drug addiction, abuse, prostitution, and teenage pregnancy. In my 30’s, I battled ovarian cancer. It has always been fitness and training that helped me overcome such horrific experiences.
Another reason people have given me this moniker is because they have rarely ever seen a woman my age, late 50’s, do the physical feats that I do without the use of illegal performance enhancement drugs. I only take natural supplements and vitamins, along with clean eating, and a good night’s sleep – seven to eight hours. I train six days a week.
Here is a look at my weekly training schedule:
Three days a week
Lift weights, cardio, abs
Kettlebells or Crossfit

Mixed martial arts or boxing
Take a bubble bath at night with candles, a glass of wine and soft music. Relax and destress the mind and body.
I am a certified personal trainer, kettlebell instructor, and creator of Fighting Spirit Warriors, a fitness for self-defense program for females. I have helped thousands of people get fit and healthy over the years. Recently, I decided to stop teaching and now I’m focusing my time on getting more acting gigs in movies, TV shows and commercials in order to utilize my skills as an athlete, martial artist, and boxer.
However, as a professional speaker, I still help people all around the country as I give speeches on fitness, health and wellness. Click here.
What separates me from the pack is that I am living proof that despite one’s age, you can become a badass warrior. That’s a profound truth. No excuses for why one cannot. It doesn’t matter if you are physically challenged, had several children, overcoming a health condition, work and go to college, etc. It is possible to achieve the best possible health and fitness if you want it bad enough.
For the past two years I lived with Type 2 diabetes. One day I asked my doctor if I could go into remission because I didn’t want to take medication for the rest of my life. She told me it was possible by adhering to a clean diet and exercising in order to keep my blood sugar level in check. This became a mission for me. I had to get my AC1 down below a 7 and my blood sugar level upon rising in the morning when I stuck my finger to test my blood would have to stay between 110 to 150.
After six months of sticking to a strict eating regiment, my doctor was happy with my numbers she said I only had to take one Metformin pill a day as opposed to taking two a day. After another six months, my numbers were still good my doctor said I could stop taking the medication. I was in remission.
The funny thing is when I stopped taking the medicine I actually got stronger, faster and my cardio endurance increased when I trained.

JILLIAN IN ACTION
"I have been in the fitness industry for over two decades and have come across many people. Very few have the total package that this woman has; hard work, dedication, drive and consistency to achieve goals like nobody else as her resume of accomplishments speak for themselves. I have never seen and trained with a woman that has such natural strength. Jillian Bullock is a true example that age is just a number and you can accomplish anything with her never give up attitude." – John Quinlan, actor, fitness expert, professional model
Jillian is available for fitness, speaking and acting related projects, including commercials, TV shows, movies, print work, expos, and conferences.
